I suggest you look in the phone from Vancouver for a reliable florist. Safeway, Save-On-food stores are the florist department, which – I just bought in a store, so I'm not sure about of their services. And if you use a credit card fraud for e-florist, submit a report with your credit card company. I presented a report when I was scammed online and it has my money back. They simply reverse the charge!
