For Valentine's Day, of course. And the bedroom is Sellery, probably does not count …
When I was in Madison, the flowers have been delivered to me in the bedroom (and Chadborne Barnard) of Choles Campus Floral Co., 9 University Square, (608) 251-4884. You should be able to call any local florist Madison, however. They offer flowers in the receipt of the bedrooms and the office calls the student to know their delivery. Good luck and happy day V!
