Neighborhood Profiles: Southwest Austin

As the Austin real estate market is expanding in all directions, areas considered using as "out there" are not only more apparent, but are getting their own infrastructure. Maple Run in Southwest Austin is just to these areas. Located south of William Cannon, north of Slaughter, west of Brodie and east of Mopac, this small oasis offers quiet streets, housing attractive and affordable business booming and is a hop, skip and a jump to one of the cleanest cities, the parks newest and most beautiful.

All streets in the area seems to have its own personality. The Deer Park subdivision is full of brick houses with gardens and lawns. These people doing a great job with the Christmas holidays worth Lights travel, and Halloween is always afraid!

A few blocks down you will find a more relaxed atmosphere, as well maintained, but with a more relaxed atmosphere. The busiest street is Copano, which is not busy at all!
